Present Perfect Tense

Present Perfect Tense: কোন কাজ এইমাত্র শেষ হয়েছে কিন্তু তার  ফল এখনো  বিদ্যমান আছে তাকে Present Perfect Tense বলে । যেমন –

আমি বল খেলেছি । এ বাক্যে কাজটা অর্থাৎ খেলা শেষ হয়ে গেছে কিন্তু খুব বেশি আগে নয়।

Structure বা গঠনপ্রণালী: Sub+have/has+Verb- এর past participle form +Obj/Ext.

[Verb- এর past participle form কে আমরা V3 বলবো ।]

Subject 3^rd Person Singular Number হলে has হবে এবং বাকি সব ক্ষেত্রে have হবে ।

I have played ball.

He has played ball.

Affirmative বা হ্যাবোধক : Sub+have/has+V3+Obj/Ext.

যেমন –

আমি বল খেলেছি - I have played ball.

সে বল খেলেছে – He has played ball.

তারা বল খেলেছে – They have played ball.

আমরা বল খেলেছি – We have played ball.

রহিম বল খেলেছে – Rahim has played ball.

Negative বা নাবোধক : Sub+have/has+ not+V3+Obj/Ext.

যেমন –

আমি বল খেলিনি - I have not played ball.

সে বল খেলেনি – He has not played ball.

তারা বল খেলেনি – They have not played ball.

আমরা বল খেলিনি– We have not played ball.

রহিম বল খেলেনি – Rahim has not played ball.

Interrogative বা প্রশ্নবোধক: Have/has+sub+V3+Obj/Ext.

যেমন –

আমি কি বল খেলেছি – Have I played ball?

সে কি বল খেলেছে – Has he played ball?

তারা কি বল খেলেছে – Have they played ball?

আমরা কি বল খেলেছি – Have we played ball?

রহিম কি বল খেলেছে – Has Rahim played ball?

Negative Interrogative বা নাবোধক প্রশ্ন: Have/has+not+sub+V3+Obj/Ext.

যেমন –

আমি কি বল খেলিনি - Have not I played ball?

সে কি বল খেলেনি – Has not he played ball?

তারা কি বল খেলেনি – Have not they played ball?

আমরা কি বল খেলিনি– Have not we played ball?

রহিম কি বল খেলেনি – Has not Rahim played ball?

এইভাবে he, they, we, Rahim (যেকোন নাম) ইত্যাদি  Subject  দিয়ে  practice করতে হবে ।

[এইগুলো মুখস্থ করতে হবে, প্রাথমিক অবস্থায় কাজে আসবে ।]
